Terms & Conditions
Purchasers must be at least 18 and order exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. Orders and payment are completed on our hosted WooCommerce checkout, not on this storefront.
Recommended policy draft for attorney and merchant review. Confirm operational details and applicable legal requirements, and obtain approval from qualified counsel before the store accepts orders.
Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to the Peptide Lattice storefront and purchases from the associated hosted store. Review the Research Use Policy and Shipping & Returns policy before ordering. By placing an order, you represent that you meet the purchaser requirements and agree to the terms presented for that transaction. The Privacy Policy separately explains how information is handled.
Purchaser eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the transaction. Products are sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical, or laboratory purposes. They must not be used in humans or animals, or for diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, storage, and activities comply with applicable laws and institutional requirements. An age-gate confirmation does not authorize any otherwise prohibited purchase or use.
Product information and documentation
Review the product identity, amount, form, published specifications, stock status, and applicable lot-specific certificate before ordering. Certificates relate to the identified lot and reported tests; they are not a promise of suitability for a purchaser's particular project. Missing information should be clarified with the store before purchase. Nothing in these terms overrides an express product description, an agreed specification, or a warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order or receiving an automated receipt does not, by itself, confirm acceptance. Unless we expressly accept earlier, acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment. Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, material catalog or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or research-use or legal-compliance concerns. If payment was collected for a declined or canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded. We will not substitute products or materially change an accepted order without your agreement.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. The hosted checkout determines the final merchandise total, discounts, applicable taxes, and shipping charges before submission. A saved storefront cart does not reserve stock or lock a price. If we discover a material error before acceptance, we will explain the correction and seek your agreement or cancel and refund the affected order. Payment providers process payment details; this storefront does not collect or process card numbers.
Shipping, cancellations, and returns
The Shipping & Returns policy explains delivery estimates, cancellation requests, return eligibility, reporting concerns, authorization, and refunds. Purchasers must provide accurate delivery details and contact us promptly about errors. Return materials only after written authorization and follow the confirmed transport instructions. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Purchaser responsibilities
Use qualified personnel and appropriate facilities for lawful laboratory activities. Review published storage information and applicable safety documentation. Protect product identity and lot traceability. Do not misrepresent the intended purpose, resell or promote products for prohibited use, or use this site to seek prohibited product-use guidance. We do not provide medical advice or assurances of health or body benefits.
Acceptable website use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with its security or availability, submit fraudulent information, or infringe third-party rights. Site branding, original text, and other protected materials belong to their respective owners. You may review and retain order information and product documentation for lawful internal research and recordkeeping, subject to applicable rights and any stated document restrictions. These terms do not prohibit uses permitted by law or responsible security reporting.
Website availability and third-party services
We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate and the site available, but interruptions or errors may occur. Contact us when information appears inconsistent. Hosted checkout, payment services, carriers, and externally linked documents may be governed by separate provider terms. A third-party link is not an endorsement of every statement or practice on that service. Any disclaimer is subject to applicable mandatory rights.
Liability and mandatory protections
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses and propose limiting aggregate liability for a claim about an affected order to the amount paid for that order. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any other non-excludable liability or remedy. This proposed clause requires jurisdiction-specific legal review and does not excuse failure to meet an express product specification or other mandatory obligation.
Concerns, disputes, and applicable law
Contact support@peptidelattice.com or use the Contact page so we can try to resolve concerns directly. Informal contact is not a condition for exercising legal rights. Applicable mandatory consumer and contract laws remain in effect. A final choice-of-law and venue clause must be completed for the merchant's legal entity and location after counsel review. This draft does not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Changes and contact
Changes to these terms apply prospectively to future use and orders. The terms presented and agreed to for an order govern that order unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change. Material changes should be clearly communicated. The merchant must confirm its legal identity, business address, and working contact details before this draft is adopted.
